The Sava Hotels & Resorts Groups plans to present the Best of Slovenia campaign at this year’s International Tourism Fair, held in Belgrade from 24 to 28 February. The Group's offers are also available at all the major tourism agencies.

At press conference in the Life Design Hotel in Belgrade, Slovenia’s largest provider of tourist services, the Sava Hotels & Resorts Group, presented its offer with an emphasis on the special marketing campaign aimed at Serbian guests.

The Sava Hotels & Resorts Group comprises five companies that are active in six of the most recognisable tourist destinations in Slovenia: Bled, Ptuj, Moravske toplice, Radenci, Banovci and Lendava.

The Group’s main tourist products include spa touirsm, family vacations, active vacations, conferences and meetings, golf tourism, health tourism and camping.

The 14 hotels, six apartment complexes and five camps accommodate over 301,000 guests per year with a total of over a million overnight stays, making up 13% of all the tourist overnight stays in Slovenia.

The Serbian market is one of the fastest growing markets for the Sava Hotels & Resorts Group: in the last two months, the number of Serbian guests has increased by 38% compared to last year.

“After visas were abolished, Slovenia became an extremely attractive tourist destination for Serbian guests and we at the Sava Hotels & Resorts Group want to offer them our best services. I firmly believe that the products we offer are very appealing to them,” says Andrej Šprajc, the Director of the Sava Hotels & Resorts Group.

With the aim of presenting their offer in more detail to the Serbian market, the Sava Hotels & Resorts Group – in conjunction with the Slovenian Tourist Board, the Postojna Cave, the Bled Castle and the Lipica Stud Farm – organised an extensive marketing campaign in February called “Best of Slovenia”.

As part of the campaign, households in Belgrade, Niš and Novi Sad received over 50 thousand copies of the promotional catalogue presenting the Sava Hotels & Resorts offer, as well as the main tourist attractions in Slovenia.

“In our Best of Slovenia campaign, we present special offers for wellness centres, active vacations and Slovenia’s most important sights. The catalogue contains a comprehensive overview of Slovenian tourism. In our first catalogue, we present the offers for winter and spring. In Bled, this includes the high season for skiing, while guests visiting our spas and health resorts in the northeast of Slovenia can relax in thermal pools and take daytrips in the beautiful surroundings. The next catalogue will be dedicated to the summer and autumn offer.” This was Foreign Market Sales Manager Aleš Semeja’s description of the marketing campaign.

The Sava Hotels & Resorts Groups plans to present the Best of Slovenia campaign at this year’s International Tourism Fair, held in Belgrade from 24 to 28 February. The Group's offers are also available at all the major tourism agencies.
