Colliers International in Serbia has announced the appointment of Jovan Tatalovic as Office Agency Director. Jovan’s joining Colliers reflects the company’s strategy of enhancing its position in office market in Serbia.

Colliers International in Serbia has announced the appointment of Jovan Tatalovic as Office Agency Director. Jovan’s joining Colliers reflects the company’s strategy of enhancing its position in office market in Serbia.

Jovan has over 8 years of experience on the Serbian office market. Having spent 6 years in Colliers International, Jovan joined Forton International, an alliance member of Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. He was appointed Manager Agency and Brokerage and continued to work with the biggest names in the industry. Jovan has closed deals for companies such as Actavis, Danone, Merck, PMI, Telenor to name a few.

For the past year, Jovan has been representing Forton/Cushman & Wakefield for Serbia and has closed deals for GlaxoSmithKline, Thomson Reuters and one unique deal for Jones Lang LaSalle when he facilitated the new office space for Philips Serbia in New Belgrade.

“I am very excited about welcoming Jovan back to Colliers. This represents a large step for us in building the best office leasing team in Serbia and is the first stage of our plan to recruit more senior professionals to Colliers over the coming months”.
