EU: ICJ opinion opens new phase, hesitations remain

The advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has opened a new phase, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton stated in Brussels on Thursday, adding that the future of Serbia and Kosovo lies in the EU.
