It was a bad start of the week for the CROBEX Index as the index dropped to a daily low of 3,751 points only to have closed the day above the 3,800 points level with a daily decline of 3%.
Regular volume totaled HRK 97.5 million. Almost all liquid stocks ended the day in negative territory. The most active stock for the day was Atlantska plovidba with HRK 12.3 million; the share price declined by -3%. Following Atlantska was IGH with a daily decline of -6% and volume of over HRK 10 million. The shares of Privredna banka (PBZ) with turnover of HRK 9.4 million was the third most active stock on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Not even PBZ was able to escape today’s negative sentiment as the stock closed at HRK 1,247.87, a decline of -0.87%. Of the stocks that trade under the special regime, we have to note Zlatni otok which today had volume over HRK 2 million and a decline in price of -11%.
