The Finance Ministry on Thursday launched a new 10-year euro-benchmark bond issue.

The chief underwriters of the syndicated bond issue are Barclays Bank, HSBC, the National Bank of Greece, Nomura, and Piraeus Bank.

The other underwriters will be the main negotiators on the secondary bond market.
