Nine years since Vejce massacre

On occasion of the 9th anniversary from the killing of Macedonian Army (ARM) members near Tetovo village Vejce, an army delegation laid flowers Wednesday before the commemorative trait in Skopje-based army barracks "Ilinden".

On occasion of the 9th anniversary from the killing of Macedonian Army (ARM) members near Tetovo village Vejce, an army delegation laid flowers Wednesday before the commemorative trait in Skopje-based army barracks "Ilinden".

ARM delegations also laid flowers at monuments in village Bunardzik, Makedonska Kamenica, Kumanovo and Butel Cemetery.

In an attack on April 28, 2001 eight members of the Macedonian Army (ARM) and police units "Wolves" and "Tigers" respectively were killed.

ARM "Wolves" Robert Petkovski, Boban Trajkovski, Igor Kosteski, Mile Janevski, as well as police "Tigers" Marjan Bozinovski, Kire Kostadinovski, Bosko Najdovski and Ilce Stojanovski were massacred in the attack.
