A delegation of the Chinese Communist Party has visited Tirana. In the meetings organized with Prime Minister Sali Berisha and President Bamir Topi, the Chinese officials talked about improvement of economic cooperation between the two countries.

A delegation of the Chinese Communist Party has visited Tirana. In the meetings organized with Prime Minister Sali Berisha and President Bamir Topi, the Chinese officials talked about improvement of economic cooperation between the two countries.

The issue of Kosovo was another topic, which dominated their discussions.

Topi told the Chinese delegation that as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China should do more about its position toward the new state of Kosovo.
