FBiH Government at today's session adopted the proposal for the budget rebalance which includes increase in the amount of 116.1 million KM.

According to this proposal, the budget will amount to 1 billion and 862 million KM (1.862.962.000 KM).

The final decision will be given by FBiH PA and the government’s proposal was sent to urgent procedure.

FBiH PM Mustafa Mujezinovic stated that the budget increase was a result fo hard work, saving and discipline, as well as agreements made with international financial partners.

GDP in FBiH has grown in the first six months of 2010 by 2.5%

The growth in the pension and disability fund amounts to 5.3%.

"There were no changes in salaries or employment in FBiH administration and the budget growth is a result of business sector", said Mujezinovic.

FBiH Minister of Finance Vjekoslav Bevanda stated that the budget rebalance occurred due to revenue increase, especially in segments of profit tax and dividends of public companies.
