Skopje and Greece to face in the Hague from 21 to 30 March

The hearings, as court announced, will be open for public and will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase the Macedonian side will present arguments on March 21 and 22 before the judges, while on March 24 and 25 Greek representatives will present counter arguments.
The public hearing before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Hague on proceedings against Greece for violating the rights under Article 11 by objecting, in April 2008, to FYRMacedonia’s application to join NATO, will be held from 21 to 30 March, 2011.
The hearings, as court announced, will be open for public and will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase the Macedonian side will present arguments on March 21 and 22 before the judges, while on March 24 and 25 Greek representatives will present counter arguments.
Team representing FYRMacedonia on March 28 will have the opportunity to respond orally to defence of Greece and oral hearing will end on March 30 with closing remarks by the Greek side.
The verdict is expected to be pronounced for six months or by year-end.
On 17 November 2008, the FYRepublic of Macedonia instituted proceedings against Greece for a flagrant violation of Greece’s obligations under Article 11 of the Interim Accord signed by the Parties on 13 September 1995.
The FYRepublic of Macedonia requests the Court to order Greece to take all necessary steps to comply with its obligations under Article 11, paragraph 1.

FYROM has been violating Articles 4 and 7 of the 1995 Interim Accord from the first day it was signed by promoting propaganda that places territorial claims on Greece's northen province of Macedonia, historical revisionism, instigating poor neighborly relations, and by using 'Republic of Macedonia' in international fora.

Me Greek, me very cultured, we Greeks have 3000 years of continuous unbroken culture, my people invent everything democracy, language, mathematics even cheese and coffee (greek style).
Greek people best business people in the world. You laugh maybe? But think about it! Europe gives my Greek people money every year for nothing (2009 EU subsidies to Greece=Euro 40,000,000,000), we waste this very easy, no problem! From this we learn that money is very cheap, so my Greek people go crazy on the Visa (Greek foreign debt = Euro 400,000,000,000) and do you believe our EU brothers can't pay off our debt quick enough.
Now I tell you, people from FYROM are Slav, bad people, they not intelligent like Greek people, they steal Greek history and our land. They come to Macedonia in 600 AD, 800 years after Alexander Megali and now after only 1600 years of living our soil they think they are Macedonian, because Tito and Stalin brain washed them all.
I hope my Greek Government keeps these slavo-skopian-fyromian-commi peasants out of NATO and EU for ever. Who needs them anyway in our glorious EU, they would be like hungry pigs in our god given EU subsidy trough.

Yup,Greece invented the finest falsifications of history.But thats not stopping them from the claim that they invented the best financial ruines for the EU.Oh,wait a minute,they are the only pure society in this world,do you hear?the pure ancient Greeks.Now,can anyone claim the same as Athens?Greek democracy flourishes like nowhere else,as long as you kneel to their "democracy",and you must declare yourself as being pure Greek.If you are Macedonian or Turk,you must accept the greekness,or declare yourself slavo or muslim,or you dont exist.Well,Frances Sarkozi thinks Greece is as pure as they can be,forgetting his ancestors were born in Solun(Salonika).Every citizen in Greece is pure Greek,but wait a minute,I was born in Greek occupied Macedonia,and I am Macedonian.Has anyone thought about me,my great,great grandparets before me were born on the same soil as I was.Dont I count and thousands more Macedonians who live in the Greek occupied Macedonia since 1913.Does 1913 ends our existance?Did our existance ended durring the Roman and Ottoman Empires?.Is EU a democtacy,or just a pimp for Greeces interests,or their fat arms deals with Karamanlis!If you read this comment,think about it.Greeces veto in Bucharest did break the 1995 agreement.Read article 11 of the interim agreement,and see if we are on the same page.
