The Croatian government on Saturday held a final meeting for the preparation of a report on the fulfilment of obligations under Chapter 23 (Judiciary and Fundamental Rights) in EU accession negotiations, and would adopt the report on Thursday, a government statement said.

The meeting focused on the results achieved so far. Attending were Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor, Supreme Court President Branko Hrvatin, Judicial Appointment Council President Ranko Marijan, Chief Public Prosecutor Mladen Bajic, Chief Negotiator Vladimir Drobnjak, Justice Minister Drazen Bosnjakovic, Interior Minister Tomislav Karamarko and the head of the Office for National Minorities, Branko Socanac.
After the meeting, only Drobnjak briefly told reporters that "everything is all right".
