Traffic resumed through Lesovo checkpoint, Danube Bridge and the Bulgarian-Serbian border

After 22:00pm this evening traffic was restored in both directions thought Lesovo checkpoint on the Bulgarian-Turkish border. That is what Lora Lyubenova, a spokesman for the Chief Directorate Border Police announced. On the Danube Bridge border traffic was restored on both sides for all vehicles as well as on the Bulgarian-Serbian border.

From Serbia to Bulgaria entered 168 trucks since lifting the restriction on heavy freight vehicles over 10 tons this afternoon.

All checkpoints points on the Bulgarian-Greek border work normally.

Bulgarian-Romanian border traffic is open at Durankulak - Kardam – Silistra checkpoint, but the roads are closed for cleaning.

All other vehicles at all other border checkpoints pass normally.
