German "Umarced" intends to purchase shares of Gorazde " Pobjeda-Sport"

Prime Minister of FBiH Nermin Niksic received managers of German company ''Umarex'' at headquarters of Government of FBiH in Sarajevo yesterday, vice president Martin Wonisch and executive investment director Johanes Finke.

Prime Minister of FBiH Nermin Niksic received managers of German company ''Umarex'' at headquarters of Government of FBiH in Sarajevo yesterday, vice president Martin Wonisch and executive investment director Johanes Finke.

They talked about ''Umarex'''s interest for purchasing shares of company "Pobjeda-Sport" from Gorazde and Prime Minister of Bosna-Podrinje Canton Emir Frasto also attended the meeting, PR Office of Government of FBiH announced.

"Umarex" has 80% of participation in "Pobjeda-Sport" and it intends to raise cooperation, which has been lasting for 35 years, to a higher level by purchasing majority package of its shares.

Guests from Germany presented plans for development and strengthening of Gorazde manufacturer to raise its competitiveness on the market spread its range of products and open new work positions.

In that sense they are ready to invest significant capital.

Prime Minister Niksic said that they can expect consent for this transaction in accordance with the law at one of the sessions of Government of FBiH soon.
