Flamigo to invest 16 million euro in 12 Flanco World stores

By 2010, Flamingo International estimates that Flanco World stores will cover 70% of the total sales of the company.

Flamingo International, one of the main important players on the electronic retail market in Romania, announced it would invest over 16 million euro this year to expand its stores network, Flanco World to 30 stores nationwide, a company press release informs on Monday.

Currently, Flamingo owns 18 stores and last year alone it opened 10 new units. General Director Jiri Rizek declared that Flanco World's evolution over the past years proved that Flamingo International opted for a winning retail concept.

Flamingo International is active on the Romanian market since 1994 and has as main retail object the IT&C products, general and household electronics.

The strategy of the group is to consolidate its market position by expanding their stores nationwide and continuously improving the performance of the stores.
