The Chairman and Founder of the Crans Montana Forum Amb. Mr. Jean-Paul Carteron , exclusively for the EMportal, underlined that Abania is becoming, at the economic level, one of the leading countries in the Western Balkans.

Albania is now on its way toward EU membership and will join NATO in the few months to come. According to the World Bank 2009 report, Albania is now the most efficient global and regional reformer and offers a highly attractive climate for business.

Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron believes that these points are crucial as far as a regional approach of the foreign investment climate in the region is concerned.

Our Serbs and beloved Greeks - what a classic. Greeks too are encouraging their businesses to invest in Southern Albania mainly (ha Niko), which in theory, in years to come will give them control in governnce or will it? The big businesses are in American, Austrian and German hands, so what is next; enterprise? The new generation has so much venum against Greeks and Serbs that whenever a Greek/Serb passes by it is considered a goodluck charm spit. To put this to perspective, just because the current Albanian government was associated with a Serb businessmen it droped 67 per cent in the polls and it will lose because of such actions. So come and make our day, please do come.

With too much love
ALBANIA
