Turker Group invests in Bujanovacka Banja

Ministry of Economy and Regional Development and Turkey's company Turker Group signed an agreement on reconstruction of the Bujanovacka Banja spa in the south of Serbia. Minister Mladjan Dinkic and Turker Group President Tamer Turker signed the agreement.

"The Turker company wants to invest in Bujanovacka Banja, to develop a modern wellness center," Dinkic said at a Business Council, where the agreement was signed.

Dinkic said that setting up of a joint-venture company, in which Turker Group will be the major shareholder, while the state of Serbia will be a minor shareholder, is planned.

The minister also said that concrete contracts and definition of the exact amount of the investment by Turker Group are yet to be defined.

Turker Group was founded 90 years ago and is one of Turkey's three leading transport and freight forwarding companies.
