Business community in Kosovo has raised concerns that if Kosovo doesn’t manage to improve its position within the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), it risks losing presidency in 2011.

Business community in Kosovo has raised concerns that if Kosovo doesn’t manage to improve its position within the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), it risks losing presidency in 2011.

The non-implementation of the agreement is said to carry huge losses for Kosovo.

Kosovo Chamber of Commerce Secretary Berat Rukiqi said they have been waiting for a year from Kosovo authorities to undertake something to improve the situation but, according to Rukiqi, Kosovo institutions have been very passive in this sense.
