The Serbian government adopted a bill on amendments to the Law on insurance and a set of decrees pertaining to agriculture yesterday.
The Serbian government adopted a bill on amendments to the Law on insurance and a set of decrees pertaining to agriculture today.
At yesterday’s session it also adopted the bill affirming the supplementary agreement accompanying the Agreement on Technical Cooperation in Veterinary Medicine between Serbia and Brazil and the bill affirming the Convention for Protection of Non-material Cultural Heritage.
Amendments to the decree on the exceptions to the use of fiscal cash registers were also adopted. As a result taxi drivers, law practices and several other service providers have been granted an extension to the deadline for the introduction of fiscal cash registers until 31 August, 2010.
A decree on terms and conditions concerning the transfer of public land ownership and leasing of land at below market value was passed.
The 2010 Programme for the distribution of funds for start-up loans through the Development Fund was approved. A decree was also passed on terms and conditions for providing incentives for the production, sale and subsidised purchase of buses produced in Serbia during 2010.
The conclusion on the finalisation of the 2010 national action plan for employment was adopted.
