Paracin glass factory secures exports deals

The Serbian Glass Factory in Paracin has significantly increased its overall number of sales deals and exports in particular compared to 2009.

The Serbian Glass Factory in Paracin has significantly increased its overall number of sales deals and exports in particular compared to 2009.

Italian company Chevre has purchased EUR2 million in glasses and other machine-made glassware, and a German buyer has renewed its contract with the Paracin factory for the delivery of thermos bottles worth EUR3 million.

The factory is currently testing several molds which will be used to produce beer, wine, mineral water and soft drink bottles.

The company announced it will spend EUR17.33 million to restore its glass furnace.
