Israeli KAVIM to buy remaining shares of AUTOPREVOZ

Kavim is at the moment the owner of 77% of Autoprevoz and they offered RSD400 (around EUR4) per stake to the small stakeholders.

Israeli Kavim Transportation company, the owner of the majority of the capital of Cacak-based transportation company Autoprevoz, announced their offer to buy 22.9% from the small stakeholders, reports VIP Daily New Report.

Kavim is at the moment the owner of 77% of Autoprevoz and they offered RSD400 (around EUR4) per stake to the small stakeholders.

The offer is valid until April 16.
