Serbian delegation at IMF and WB session

The delegation will consist of Finance Minister Diana Dragutinovic, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integrations Bozidar Djelic, outgoing National Bank of Serbia Governor Radovan Jelasic, and State Secretary in the Finance Ministry Slobodan Ilic.

A Serbian delegation will take part in the Spring Session of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank (WB), which will be held in Washington on April 24 and 25, reports ANSAmed news agency.

It was announced that the delegation will consist of Finance Minister Diana Dragutinovic, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integrations Bozidar Djelic, outgoing National Bank of Serbia Governor Radovan Jelasic, and State Secretary in the Finance MinistrySlobodan Ilic.

The spring session will gather finance ministers and central bank governors from IMF and WB member countries.

Finance ministers from the Group of the 20 most developed countries will meet on April 23, whereas the session of the International Monetary and Financial Committee, which governs the IMF, will be held on April 24.

Since May 15, 2009, Serbia has had a credit standby arrangement with the IMF, worth EUR2.9 billion, and so far it has withdrawn around EUR1.3 billion to boost its foreign currency reserves.
