Miodrag Kostić, President of MK Group, has been elected the Businessman of the Year 2009 by an expert selection jury of the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. Kostić has been rewarded with the “Belgrade Winner” Award for results achieved last year, at a ceremony attended by high officials of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, representatives of the Diplomatic Corps, successful business people from the country and abroad, and other reputable members of the public life.

- Successful companies and individuals are obliged to be partners of the state and citizens in crisis situations, such as this in Trgovište. Therefore, MK Group has already taken steps to help the threatened population of the flood-affected municipality, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.

MK Group will urgently provide financial aid in the amount of RSD1 million to the Municipality of Trgovište, in an effort to help its residents in this difficult situation, underlined Mr Miodrag Kostić, President of MK Group.
