Minister of Diaspora Srdjan Sreckovic congratulated the religious and national holiday Vidovdan to the Serbian diaspora.

He stated that the entire strength of the Serbian people and potentials of migration should be used for the benefit of the interior and foreign policy and the economic development of the country, as well as for historic reconciliation within the same nation.

Sreckovic recalled that Vidovdan, which is celebrated as the day of diaspora and Serbs in the region, is the saddest but the greatest lesson for the Serbian people since our bitter historical defeat turned us into future champions, the ministry released in a statement."

Serbia of today should draw wisdom from its recent past and become the pillar of the entire nation present in five continents by building a modern, victorious, economically developed and politically influential country," he pointed out.
