The southern part of Mitrovica is inhabited by Albanians only. Milija Milosevic, the commander of the police station in the northern part of Mitrovica, inhabited mostly by Serbs, said, quoting bikers who were in the column, that four motorcyclists were injured, one of whom requested help in the Mitrovica hospital.
Over the past two days, some 1,500 bikers stayed in Kosovska Mitrovica in the fourth international Bike Rock Mission, which was attended, except for motorcyclists from Serbia, by riders from France, Austria, Australia, Montenegro, FYRMacedonia and the Republic of Srpska.
Today, they visited Gazimestan, where a central celebration of St Vitus Day in Kosovo was held.
