Today in Pristina a former Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health and current advisor working at the Ministry of Health was arrested by EULEX police and the Kosovo Police Anti -Corruption Task Force in the context of a criminal investigation into tax evasion.

Searches in three locations in Pristina, including an office in the University Clinic of Pristina, have been carried out.

A EULEX pre- trial Judge authorized the searches.

The ongoing investigation is being carried out by EULEX Police under the supervision of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPRK).
