At Central Securities, Depository anc Clearing House of the Republic of Serbia, on 12th August a transformation of NIS a.d. Novi Sad from a private to public limited company was registered, and thus all preconditions for submitting a request to Belgrade Stock Exchange for admission (involvement) of NIS shares to the stock market have been met.

Accordingly, NIS shall, within legally required schedule of three days after registration of the transformation, i.e. on 16th August submit a request for admission of NIS shares to the Listing A of Belgrade Stock Exchange.
