AIK banka Nis will pay EUR 10m in dividend for 2008 and 2009 to its shareholders, thus proving the stability and efficiency of its business operations even during the crisis.

The Agricultural Bank of Greece (ATEbank), that failed to pass the stress test in July, will most likely sell its share in AIK banka.

The stress test assessed the financial health of 91 large European banks. Among the seven banks that failed the test were, besides ATEbank, five smaller Spanish savings banks and Germany’s Hypo Real Estate.
