Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and Minister of Science and Technological Development Bozidar Djelic will attend the opening of the SWIFT centre at 12.00 on 9 December, Djanga Rajnharta Street, in the municipality of Zvezdara, residential area Orlovsko Naselje.

A facility for the waste collectors’ cooperative has been built within the centre.

The aim of the project is to find jobs for 50–100 Roma, members of the cooperative.

The project is financed by the Norwegian government and implemented by the World Health Office in Serbia, together with the International Organisation for Migration and the UN Office for Project Services, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the City of Belgrade and the municipality of Zvezdara.
