
Talks on Russia's loan to Serbian railways to continue

The representatives of the Serbian and Russian governments will continue the negotiations in Moscow on Monday on the conditions for Russia's granting of a USD 800 million loan to the Serbian railways, Serbian Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjic's cabinet confirmed to Tanjug.
The representatives of the Serbian and Russian governments will continue the negotiations in Moscow on Monday on the conditions for Russia's granting of a USD 800 million loan to the Serbian railways, Serbian Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjic's cabinet confirmed to Tanjug.
The funds from the loan are planned to be invested in the completion of the railway from Valjevo to Loznica (western Serbia), restoration of the Belgrade-Bar railway up to the border with Montenegro, and the completion of the Belgrade railway network.
The negotiations on the Serbian side will be headed by State Secretary and Secretary at the Serbian Infrastructure Ministry, Rajko Peric and Milka Markovic respectively.
