Dinar weakens against euro by 33 paras

The Serbian dinar will on Wednesday further weaken against the euro, by 33 paras, or by 0.32 percent, thus setting the official middle exchange rate at RSD 103.6504 per euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) said in a release.

The central bank did not intervene in the interbank foreign exchange market on Monday. The NBS has bought EUR five million since the beginning of the year to alleviate excessive daily volatility of the exchange rate.
This year, the Serbian currency was the strongest on February 10, at RSD 103.2810 per euro, and the weakest on January 6, when a euro was worth RSD 106.4947.
