In an interview for the Belgrade-based daily Blic on Wednesday, Deniau stressed that France wants to fully shed light on the organ trafficking case, as the French ambassador pointed out before the UN on February 16.

EULEX has a wide mandate and an executive authority that enable it to fully investigate the allegations of human trafficking in Kosovo mentioned in the report of Council of Europe Rapporteur Dick Marty, so there is no need to establish a special court which would deal with the case, French Ambassador to Serbia Francois Xavier Deniau has stated.

In an interview for the Belgrade-based daily Blic on Wednesday, Deniau stressed that France wants to fully shed light on the organ trafficking case, as the French ambassador pointed out before the UN on February 16.

EULEX also has an efficient witness protection program, Deniau said, which is shown by the fact that the public knows nothing about it.

Instead of speculating, one should now focus on facts so as to find out the whole truth about all allegations in Marty's report, which requires an extensive and professional investigation based on the delivered evidence, he underscored.
