The Serbian government adopted a Decree on mandatory production and sale of bread made from T-500 flour, according to which the price of this bread cannot exceed RSD 54.22, Mihajlovic said adding that the decree will be enforced as of today.

The Serbian government adopted a Decree on mandatory production and sale of bread made from T-500 flour, according to which the price of this bread cannot exceed RSD 54.22, Head of the Office of Media Relations Milivoje Mihajlovic said adding that the decree will be enforced as of today.

Any breach of this Decree will result in fines of up to RSD 2 million or a six to twelve-month revocation of the licence to produce this product.

The aim of the Decree is to protect the most vulnerable categories of population, he observed.
