Acting European Commission Liaison Officer Khaldoun Sinno opened an EU Information Center in Kosovska Mitrovica on April 6.

The center will help citizens get a better understanding of the EU and will host debates on Kosovo's path to the EU, according to Sinno.

"I believe that the opening of this center is an important step for Kosovo's future attempts in the EU integration process," Sinno said and called on all, especially the young, to visit the venue frequently.

This is the second EU Info Center in Kosovo, after the first one opened in Pristina last autumn.
