Council of Europe (CoE) Special Rapporteur Dick Marty is not likely to attend a debate on the resolution on human organ trafficking in Kosovo at the annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (PA) in Belgrade on Saturday.

Based on the information that we have received, Dick Marty will not attend the session due to obligation that were scheduled earlier, Tanjug was told in the OSCE office in Belgrade.

Serbian parliament speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic has invited Dick Marty to attend this year's session of the OSCE PA, particularly the panel discussion dubbed Fight against human organ trafficking on July 9, which is expected to be attended by Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic.

OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Vice President Riccardo Migliori expressed expectation on Thursday that Marty will attend the debate.
