Sinisa Rasic of the Gracanica healthcare centre stated on Monday that medicines and other medical assistance sent by the Serbian Heath Ministry have not yet been delivered to healthcare institutions in central Kosovo.
Rasic told Tanjug that the capacity of the Gracanica healthcare centre to provide services to its patients is seriously jeopardised due to shortage of medicines and oxygen.
The shortage of medicines was present earlier as well, but it became alarming after the transport block on Jarinje and Brnjak checkpoints, Rasic warned.
He expects the healthcare centre from northern Kosovska Mitrovica to issue a confirmation that the shipment sent by the Serbian Health Ministry has arrived and to specify the date of its delivery to Gracanica.
