The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) believes that the agreement between government representatives and KFOR constitutes a legalisation of the separatists' unilateral action aimed at taking control over the administrative border in northern Kosovo.
The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) believes that the agreement between government representatives and KFOR constitutes a legalisation of the separatists' unilateral action aimed at taking control over the administrative border in northern Kosovo.
The DSS claims that the agreement represents the government's consent for Ahtisaari Plan, especially Anex 11, to be implemented in northern Kosovo contrary to the Serbian Constitution and Resolution 1244.
The DSS stated that by this move, the government violated its own Declaration recently adopted in the Serbian parliament since the document, according to the DSS, notes that the situation on administrative borders has to be restored to the state before the violent unilateral action performed on July 25.
