The statements says that Serbia is participating in this year’s Green Week and that its national stand is in Hall 18, along with those of Spain, Australia, Slovenia, Macedonia and Malta.
Visitors can sample Serbian food at our national stand, such as home-made ajvar, prosciutto, organic products made from apples, beetroots, tomatoes and, naturally, slivovitz.
The Green Week in Berlin has gathered over 1,600 exhibitors. Seventy delegations at the ministerial level will visit the fair, which is held from 20 to 29 January.
More than half a million people are expected to attend, including representatives of major companies in the food and primary agricultural production sectors.
As many as 25% of visitors are engaged in trade of agricultural and food products.
During the fair, Petrovic met with ministers of agriculture of Romania, Macedonia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Azerbaijan, the statement added.
