Snow clear machines to arrive to Sjenica today

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic and Assistant Minister of the Interior and Head of the Sector for Emergency Situations Predrag Maric visited the district and municipal centres for emergency situations in Sjenica yesterday to get insight into the situation after the heavy snowfall.

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic and Assistant Minister of the Interior and Head of the Sector for Emergency Situations Predrag Maric visited the district and municipal centres for emergency situations in Sjenica yesterday to get insight into the situation after the heavy snowfall.

Dacic and Maric also visited fire and rescue units in Sjenica and spoke with local offiicals and citizens on diffuculties caused by snowdrifts and low temperatures.

The First Deputy Prime Minister said that the Serbian government will send to Sjenica machines for clearing the roads from snow avalanches.

He also visited today the workers who remove snow on the Sjenica-Ivanjica road, in the village of Kladnica, and later in the day he will visit the teams for emergency situations in Ivanjica.
