RSD 8.3m for most vulnerable municipalities

The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy has paid today RSD 8.3 million to the accounts of 16 municipalities that required emergency assistance for vulnerable population in conditions caused by heavy snowfall and low temperatures.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy has paid today RSD 8.3 million to the accounts of 16 municipalities that required emergency assistance for vulnerable population in conditions caused by heavy snowfall and low temperatures.

The help was sent to municipalities of Majdanpek, Vlasotince, Trgoviste, Tutin, Medvedja, Negotin, Kosjeric, Priboj, Ivanjica, Bajina Basta, Bor, Novi Pazar, Prijepolje, Nova Varos, Kursumlija and Sjenica.

The financial support from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy is intended for the purchase of packages of food and fuel to citizens of those municipalities, according to a statement.
