Hemofarm takes over Zorka farm

The issue will be open until June 16, and after a successful takeover, Hemofarm would be the sole owner of Zorka farm.

Hemofarm pharmaceuticals from Vrsac has issued a tender for taking over 22.2 percent of shares of Zorka farm from Sabac for RSD 1.51 billion.

The issue will be open until June 16, and after a successful takeover, Hemofarm would be the sole owner of Zorka farm.

The offered price per share is RSD 1,235, RSD 29 more than the current market price. Hemofarm bought Zorka farm in a tender in 2002 for EUR 14.6 million, with the obligation of investing EUR 27.5 million and implementing a social program.
