The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for the sale of 69.9% of the total capital of timber industry company Sloga from Vladicin Han declared this tender unsuccessful.

The tender was declared unsuccessful because no bids arrived until the deadline of July 4.

The tender documentation was purchased by Minna Kompania company from Bulgaria and Rand from Slovenia.
