By one percent fewer tourists

Since January 2008 a total of 1.3 million people were as tourists in Serbia, which is one percent less compared to 2007.
Since January 2008 a total of 1.3 million people were as tourists in Serbia, which is one percent less compared to 2007.
Of this amount 955,412 were domestic guests and 347,476 were foreign guests, according to data by the Statistics Institute.
In this period around 4.3 million bed night were reported, which is about the same amount as in the first seven months last year.
Most of the overnights were by tourists from Montenegro, and 13 percent more than in the same period in 2007.
The second most frequent were tourists from Bosnia-Herzegovina, and then from Germany, Italy and Slovenia.
