One third of the Serbian companies involved in the GIFIP project are interested in economic cooperation with Italy to find new partner investors. The data was revealed today during the final conference of the project coordinated by Informest and held in Novi Sad. In particular GIFIP, wanted by the Ministry of Economic Development and by the Friuli Venezia Region, lasted for one year and allowed to improve the competitiveness of the Serbian companies in some particular sectors such as software, agri-food, aluminum, mechanical, agri-mechanical, wood, furniture and thermal tourism. The project involved 15 industrial districts of northeastern Italy and 30 of Serbia, in particular of Vojvodina.
