Syrian - Serbian Tourism Cooperation discussed

Minister of Tourism Saadallah Agha al-Qalaa discussed with Serbian Minister of Energy Peter Scondrich today aspects of cooperation between the two countries following the signing of joint tourist cooperation agreement and the executive and time program of this agreement.

Minister of Tourism Saadallah Agha al-Qalaa discussed with Serbian Minister of Energy Peter Scondrich today aspects of cooperation between the two countries following the signing of joint tourist cooperation agreement and the executive and time program of this agreement.

Agha al-Qalaa asserted the role of Tourism in rapprochement between the two countries, and in activating economic, cultural and tourist cooperation.

For his part, Serbian Minister stressed Syria's important position to Serbian people, expressing the Serbian side readiness to boost cooperation relations in the fields of tourism, energy, education and high education.

The two ministers discussed mechanisms of bilateral cooperation in the fields of tourist investment, rehabilitation and training.

They agreed on the participation of a delegation representing investment and tourist companies in Tourist Investment Market Forum in Syria.

They also agreed on the continuation of cooperation, running religious and cultural trips to Syria and on inviting Serbian journalists delegation to inspect the Syrian tourist product
