Israel stands firm on non-recognition of Kosovo independence

Speaking in an interview for the news agency Tanjug, Ambassador Kohl said it has been more than a year since Kosovo unilaterally proclaimed independence and stressed that Israel does not recognize that independence

 Israel has not recognized the independence of Kosovo and there is no reason to change this stand at this time, Israeli Ambassador in Belgrade Arthur Kohl has said, pointing out that relations between Serbia and Israel are good but that it is necessary and possible to improve them further.
