Serbia’s Export to Italy EUR 736mn in 2006

Last year, Serbia exported goods worth EUR 736mn to Italy, a 40 percent increase compared to 2005, Enrico Barbieri, Director of the Representative office of the Italian Foreign trade Institute (ICE) in Belgrade, said.
Italy held the 4th place on the list of the largest exporters to the Serbian market in 2006, worth EUR 873mn, Barbijeri said adding it was a 20 percent YoY increase. Serbian imports from Italy mostly included cars, garments, industrial machines, wile the exports to Italy listed iron, steel, metals and clothes, Barbijeri said.
