According to the Serbian Property Directorate Director Goran Mandic, in its bid to purchase the complex destroyed in the 1999 NATO bombing, Soravia Gruppe has offered EUR 35.05mn, while the Private Project Management’s bid is EUR 34.5 mn. The decision on the best offer is set to be made on February 22.
