Travel and Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation. A block of rooms will be set-aside for delegates at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade at a discounted rate until 30 days before the event. All reservations received after this date will be accepted at the best available rate at that time.

Language
The forum will be held in Serbian and English, without simultaneous translation.
