I can truly recommend the service. User -friendly online booking, email confirmation and chat for details. Staff extremely kind and professional, well equipped and with an prounonced sense for details. Will definitely book again!

The standard cleaning didn’t even include dish washing. My floors were still dirty even after the claim that they had been vacuumed twice and mopped twice. Two cleaners spent almost 6 hours in the apartment and I’m still confused about what they cleaned and what I paid for. They took out a radio to play and didn’t even bother to dust it. I don’t recommend for any type of real cleaning. I could have done what they did by myself in like an hour. This place should have been sparkling in 6 hours with 2 people. They also broke a dish and threw it out without telling me. I don’t know how they broke anything when they wouldn’t wash it, but in emails they are trying to say they found it broken and then threw it away. This is something you should say to the person, not have them discover in the garbage and ask later. Don’t waste your money. All of these 5 star reviews must be their friends or they paid money for them. Edit: Also, they must have reported this review because it was taken down. What is wrong with this review? This was an honest review of the cleaning of my apartment without name calling or misrepresentation. Google, do better. Edit 2: yes, your company is the service I used. I would never give a bad review for a company if I hadn’t used it, that’s an outright lie.
