Опис ANGEL is a beauty studio and academy founded in 2006 by Albanian businesswoman and artist, Vjosa Metaj, in Prishtina. Shortly after finishing her studies at AOFM – Academy of Freelance Makeup in London, Ms.Metaj went back to her hometown to start her career as a makeup artist. Excelling at the art of makeup, Angel soon became a household name in the Albanian beauty industry. Now, 15 years later, Angel offers more than twelve beauty and health services, such as Microblading, Dental Hygiene, Laser Treatments, Skin Care, Tattoo Removal, PRP Hair treatments, and more. You can also take part in trainings for Eyebrows, Nails, Makeup, Hair, and Lashes and come out of it as a certified aesthetician.

I was at Vjosa and am very disappointed and shocked by the behavior and the way they work. no drawing of my eyebrows was shown to me, no color discussed, just intercepted. one eyebrow is almost in the middle of the nose, absolutely asymmetrical and one made longer than the other. everything is also faded after 2 weeks. and the color is way too light. When I went for a touch up after 2.5 weeks, I wanted Vjosa to correct what she did wrong! nonetheless, an employee should just tweak what vjosa has already done wrong! the result: they are so light that you can really see where my own hair is. one brow much longer and almost to the middle of the nose, the other has gaps that have not been filled. very faded and smeared! no clear hair drawn. i asked for improvement or to speak to vjosa but since they got the money they don't care. i will travel to kosovo again especially for this and insist that everything be corrected!! Actually, she should give me my money back and pay for the laser! I find it so blatantly rude. but there are also laws in kosovo and if necessary she will be sued and I will go to the press with it!

I did the facetreatment called Hydrafacial and it was an overall amazing experience. The results were outstanding and the pharmacist that works there at the skin care section is polite, well mannered and highly informed on the job she does. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Drived ~ 150 km and visited the studio for microblading after months of research and ended up totally disappointed. Arrived 20 min before the appointment but they were 1 hour late with the appointments and had around 7-8 other customers who were waiting for their appointment too. The line was going fist walked in first served! Apparently that was the practice since noone was bothered! Reached the lady working on reception to make sure whats happening. The justification received was that she totally understands that it might not be comfortable for me waiting for more than 1h for my appointment but since she was not responsible for appointments she will check with the second lady. After being ignored for 30 min , I went back to reception for the second time. The official justification behind them being late with the appointment was that they are super famous, and can allow being late, are human beings and that “ sometimes” unplanned meetings might pop out for them to start late. Or if any of the other ladies was willing to allow me take the seat before them i could have a go. As they were doing me a favour !!! Which i considered totally unprofessional since my concern was having the service booked on my appointment and not asking for a an additional favour. After around 40 min waiting, the point that really completed their poor customer service and personally found super rude was the fact i was told if not willing to wait i could feely leave. Did the microblading, did not enjoy the treatment, felt uncomfortable& ignored, never got an apology for their unprofessional and super rude customer service! Highly not recommending the place neither for value of money neither service. Have to go back after a month for second session ( which is included on the price I already paid)! Hopefully will not ruin my eyebrows after this review. Keep you posted !
