The good: the staff was super friendly, especially the service workers at the Gatsby restaurant. We enjoyed a lot of good brunches and also a few dinners as well with no complaints. The location was also great and a short walk to most of the attractions. The bad: Our group ended up renting a few units on the penthouse floor only to find out that a few rooms had reeked of some sort of sewage. The smell primarily came from the bathroom and was present in the unit at all times. Given the “penthouse” units are more expensive and luxurious this issue really is what led me to write this review. We were told a number of excuses but not once was it fixed. It seems there must’ve been some sort of engineering issue but if you happen to stay in the room you’ll realize quickly. If it were just me and not a larger group I would’ve left or switched rooms to be honest. There’s nothing worse than spending a lot of money on vacation only to feel as if you WANT to leave your room to get away from the smell.

Посјетио сам овај хотел и веома сам разочаран. Спа центар нисам могао да користим јер је била гужва, базен је толико мали да једва може 10 ак особа да стане. Када смо првог дана дошли на доручак, шведски сто није био потпуно сервиран. Другог дана боравка су нас два пута вратили са доручка јер нису имали гдје да нас смјесте, на крају смо се кући вратили без доручка. Паркинг се наплаћује 10€ по дану. У тоалету није било шампона. Када све сагледам, једно велико разочарење. Дефинитивно да овај хотел више никада нећу посјетити а предлажем и вама пре него резервишете да добро размислите и узмете у обзир и друге хотелске јединице.

We booked a room for a weekend, a suite, phenomenal enterier, warm and cozy, two TVs, a fridge, balcony, all of it! Hospitality is very high on the scale, tremendous breakfast and coffee. Staff at the reception is awesome, but staff in the restauran could be a bit better (waiters). The waiter with the goatie was the best! 5 minutes of walk from city centre. Private and public parking available. The only thing to improve is the spa content as jacuzzi was out of order and sauna too. Still 5/5 because that was not the reason of our visit. Would come back again!

Very expensive compare to the value received. Was here for New Year, in the final bill we received additionally - price per person per day for SPA service(it’s hard to be called SPA) - no matter if used or not, for 3 days and 2 people - 7.030.62RSD. Parking service 3000 plus additional 3000 for using parking on -1 level(the car was only outside). Reception service - 600 for 3 days - for what? Which standard hotel doesn’t have reception? Don’t even want to mention the breakfast not included - another 7000. The massages we booked online were forgotten by somebody and we didn’t have our names in the schedule, overwritten by somebody else did a booking on the reception. Problems and problems, not friendly staff. Just not recommend to anybody!

The best spa&resort in Zlatibor. Staff is friendly, service is great. Newly opened, a lot of activities. Restaurant Gatsby is definitely must try, food is amazing! Highly recommend 👌
